Remove all flakes particals and old paint with sand paper. Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Apply a coats of PMC Paints Wall Primer (ST of WT) and allow drying for 6-8 hrs.Smoothen the surface by filling dents with thin coats of PMC Paint Wall Putty and allow drying for 4-6 hrs. Sand the surface with emery paper 180 and wipe clean. Apply an other coat of Primer and allow drying for 6-8 hrs. Sand the surface with emery paper 320 and wipe clean. thin 1 ltr. of PMC Paints ROYAL TOUCH Luxury Acrylic Emulsion(RT) with 200-300 ml. of water. Apply 2-3 coats of paints with an interval of 4-6 hrs. between successive coats.
